Responsibilities:
• Interface with members on a daily basis, provide quality member service, identify member needs and retain members.
• Handle member complaints in a professional manner and tinely manner.
• Inspect and review Hey manager process.
• Carry out SAVE process and handle cancellation requests with the objective of achieving set goals.
• Active participation in planning and execution of member activities.
• Conduct and manage effective service calls to members.
• Inspect and review daily collections process.
• Ensure the club facilities are well maintained and operations are smooth.
Requirements:
• High level of motivation, self driven, result and target orientated.
• Having experience minimum 3 years Senior Guest Relation at 4 star hotel
• Keen for a new experience, responsibility and accountability.
• Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with any service situations and working with other club team members.
• Ambition for new skills training and future growth.
• Strong proven sales and service skills would be of benefit.
• Having 5 star customer service attitude
