Senior System Analyst – Application Development(SSA)

Requirements:
*Min. University graduate in computer science/engineering /information technology or equivalent,
*More than 10 years experience in IT in similar capacity with a large commercial bank,
*Strong domain knowledge in key banking applications inter-alia, ERP systems, risk management systems, treasury systems, trade finance, front end systems, electronic banking systems and other server based applications, credit cards, unsecured loans, deposit products, wealth management, unit trust, ATMs, payment systems, phonebanking, mobile banking, internet banking, consumer banking business and branch banking.
*Certification in Project Management or strong track record in software development life cycl..
*Fluent in MS Office, Visio and Project.applications.
*Handson experience on the implementation and support of consumer banking systems eg Cardlink, EFT switching, payment systems as well as a good understanding of the consumer banking business models and processes,
*Creditable ability to liaise with subject matter experts and good facilitation skills,

*Focus on quality and good problem solving skills with initiatives.
*Able to work under pressure and tight schedules. Self starter.
*Good knowledge of Structured Analysis and design methods, risk analysis and risk management.
*Able to lead and develop a team of analysts and project staff,
*Experience in implementing enterprise software projects and hands-on experience on software development life cycle,
*Additional knowledge on other banking applications will be definitely an advantage (eg branch operations, trade finance, custody, commercial loan systems and risk etc).
*Basic knowledge of programming and database concepts as well as system integration.
*Familiar with UNIX scripting, C/ C++, VB, Oracle, PL/ SQL, Microsoft Windows, VB, .NET and SQL server. IBM Mainframe experience will be a plus,
*Good experience in SDLC, project management and PMP certification is a plus,
*Good understanding of integration technologies.
*Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies and their suitability to the business
*Able to manage in a complex and fast moving technical environment.
*Strong communications and documentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and presenting to users on findings and proposals,
*Analytical and ability to suggest and create pragmatic, fit for purpose solutions and work processes,
*Good customer facing and people skills particularly in change management.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible and facilitate for annual budget preparation and regular monitoring (actual vs plan)
*Review & provide recommendation and/or solution for marketing program/new product proposal (ie. profitability, assumption & calculation, and cost efficiency & effectiveness by developing a comprehensive financial modeling), business case, and group profitability
*Responsible for financial analytic to identify trend profitability thru segmentation of fees, revenue, and cost (ie. segment profitability)
*Conduct product profitability, cost analysis, or financial impact analysis (eg. by marketing channel) for management decision making process and pricing management
*Prepare regular financial reporting

Financial Planning and Analytics Manager (FPAM)

Requirements:

*Minimum 4 years professional experience in similar responsibilities
*Good exposure in financial industry, especially Consumer financing /Banking/Audit firms
*Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring Accounting from reputable universities
*Good analytical skill
*Good interpersonal skill and leadership
*Team player and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
