Assist Jakarta Clinic doctor in-charge in providing primary medical services to employees and contractor in Jakarta office.
Take care and give first aid treatment to employee and dependents in Jakarta area.
Handle referral patient from East Kalimantan including preparing the arrival, making the appointment in Jakarta, monitoring treatment and arranging the trip to East Kalimantan.
Conduct case management to hospitalized patients and ensure the patients get the best medical care.
Assist doctor to implement the promotion prevention programs to increase employee health awareness and to control the 5 chronic diseases.
Handle Jakarta employee medical checkup administration and input the result into medical system.
Conduct drug management in Jakarta Clinic including sending prescription, receiving the medicine from pharmacy, and delivering to employee.
Analyze the medical claim data and healthcare cost to fulfill the budget given by management.
Receive call from hospital and handle the problem especially for medical problems/matters and convey them to Jakarta Medical Services and Benefit Section Head if needed.
Requirements:
Minimum D3 in from an accredited college of nursing.
Minimum 5 years experience in nursing work and 2 years experience oil and gas industry.
Preferably having experience in handling medical claims especially in oil and gas industry or insurance company.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
English is a must and minimum at intermediate level. (TOEFL score minimum 500)
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Excellent Computer skill.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
