System Engineer
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

* Administration to IEI Servers & Wintel Servers
* Administration to Network Infrastructure
* Administration to IP Phone System
* Support users on PC, printers and other network related issues
* Provide technical advise and guidance for a team of IT professionals in his area of expertise
* Assist in the liaison with vendors in hardware implementation, such as servers and cabling
* Assist users and team members in trouble-shooting and resolving basic to secondary hardware problems. Eg. Cisco switches, NAS and other hardware issues.
* Documentation control on IS related systems and operations
* Budget proposal for IS activities.
* Any ad-hoc project/support assigned by superior

Requirements:

* Degree In Computer Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 2 to 4 years working experiences
* Independent, self-motivated
* Professional Certificate (MCSE, CCNA)
* Clean-room & Office environment
* Office Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Technician / Engineering Assistant
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily equipments uptime (troubleshooting) with minimal supervision.
• Update daily equipment status record (e.g.: Downtime, Countermeasure action for yield loss)
• Follow up on engineering evaluation activities during the shift.
• Involve & follow up on improvement activities as instructed by superiors.
• Perform PM activities.
• Triggering of low level spare parts.
• Upkeep maintenance tools & parts in the cleanroom.
• To assist in enforcing good work disciplines, safety and housekeeping through strict adherence to company policies and procedures, reviewing and proposing improvements to housekeeping/safety rules.
• Help to provide equipment PM documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ NTC-3 / NTC-2 / ITC in Engineering
• At least 4 years working experience in manufacturing environment
• Good teamwork, responsible, willing to learn & strong leadership
• PC literate & good in Microsoft Office Application
• Understand basic English
• Manufacturing and cleanroom environment
• 12 hours rotating shift, 4334 shift pathern, 4 weeks DAY shift followed by 4 weeks NIGHT shift
