Responsibilities:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Presales Specialist (CRM) applies in-depth industry, market and customer knowledge to
create attractive business solutions for prospects and customers based on SAP CRM solution.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Identifies client needs and develops value-based solutions
• Builds long term customer relationships
• Designs and delivers demonstrations and presentations
• Provide the proposal to prospect with account team
Requirements:


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• A degree in computer science/Information Technology or other relevant studies.
• Strong customer interaction skills, communication skills and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure, critical situations, and extreme tight deadlines
• Demonstrates ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of SAP.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of customers’ business issues and provides business solutions Demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of customers
• Works collaboratively with virtual team across the organization to achieve group goals;
energizes people to work together to accomplish business results
WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least with 3-5 years experience in CRM solution and business processes in consulting or presales role, SAP Solution implementation experiences preferred
• In depth knowledge in SAP CRM and/or in other competitive solutions in CRM
• SAP ERP and other SAP Solution / Platform product knowledge is an additional advantage
