PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk is an international Liquid Cargo Shipping Company, established in 1981, with operations primarily throughout Asia and the Middle East, as well as Europe. The Company is operating 91 tankers with total tonnage of more than 2.08 million DWT and is the largest provider of seaborne transportation of liquid cargoes in Indonesia, one of the largest in the intra-Asian chemical tanker segment, both by tonnage and by number of vessels, and has the third largest sub-20,000 DWT chemical tanker fleet globally.

In 1990, the Company became the first shipping company in Indonesia that listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange. The company is also listed in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited starting the third quarter of 2006. The Company has extensive international networks in terms of operation, sales and marketing. In addition to operational offices in Jakarta, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taiwan, Shanghai, and Beijing, the Company also operates marketing offices in Dubai to serve Middle East customers, and Glasgow, to serve European customers.

Recruitment and Selection Staff (RSS)
Job requirement :

•Diploma degree majoring Sea transportation/Marine & Maritime Academy – ANT/ATT III
•Minimal two years experience in administrating crew recruitment and selection
•Age between 25-35 years old
•Profiency in english both spoken and written
•Able to work in team, hard worker, fast learner and objective minded
•Good interpersonal & communication skill
•Good analytical thinking
•High driven, self motivated & proactive
•Computer literate
•Able to work long hours and operates in time zone of various foreign countries
•Broad knowledge about shipping industry
•Shipping/Chartering or sea experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities :

•To estabilish advertisement for foreign manning agent
•To update and record foreign seafarers applicant data
•To estabilish communication , cooperation and good relationship with related parties
•To arrange and conduct recruitment and selection process
•To notify new applicant about the selection result
•To prepare individual contract for approved and newly crew


Business Development Officer (BDO)
Key Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business / Accounting with min 1-2 years experiences
•Holding Master degree in Business majoring in Finance
•Max 28 years of age
•Have a good analytical thinking
•Multi-tasking, resourceful, and open minded person
•Good interpersonal & communication skills
•Profiency in English both spoken & written
•Computer literate

Job Responsibilities:

•Coordinating execution of business development projects
•Providing data support for projects
•Monitoring financial performance of subsidiaries/affiliates
•Executing R & D function


Cash Management Supervisor (CMS)
Job requirements:

•Holding Bachelor / Master degree in Finance
•Min. 2 years experience in similar position
•Broad knowledge of finance and banking management
•A detail person and able to work in a fast pace working environment
•Male / Female with max 28 years of age
•Proficiency in English both spoken and written
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn
•Initiative and working autonomously

Key responsibilities:

•Managing Cashflow
•Maximizing the use of Bank tools in order to reduce cost and to make work flow more efficient (e.g. Internet Banking)
•Ensuring accuracy of bank reconciliation and its settlement
•Ensuring foreign exchange and LLD is available and reported



Administration staff (AS)
Key requirements:

•Diploma degree from administration or secretarial academy
•Min. 1 year experience in similar position
•Age between 21 – 30 years old
•Proficiency in English both spoken and written
•Computer literate
•Helpful and fast learner
•High responsibility and integrity
•Detail oriented & well organized

Job responsibilities:

•Handling administrative work
•Analyizing data
•Handling Filing document
•Preparing report
