Human Capital Reporting
Job Description


•HR reporting to support effective decision making for management board
•Create and execute reports which will include standard and custom reports, that will be produced on a regular and on-demand basis
•To produce a suite of regular HR reports and to execute statistical research providing relevant information to support organization change initiatives
•Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness of HR system. Recommend opportunities for improvement of system process and functionality
•Ensure the reliability and quality of underlying data and review the accuracy and appropriateness of reports
•Delivering regular data integrity and audit metrics
•Center of HR data, to provide data or report for internal demand
•Involved in any project related to organization development area

Requirement

Distribution Monitoring Center
Job Description


•Monitor condition of production, distribution,and network form each parameter
•Inform current condition to related working unit
•Responsible for daily monitoring report, related to production, distribution, and network condition, quality and problems .

Requirement


•Diploma degree from civil technic or enviromental technic
•Minimum 1 year working experience in related position
•Proficient understanding of water treatment process and distribution
•Familiar with equipment related to water distribution
•Has good communication skill in English, both oral and written
•Computer literate
•Willing to work in shift


Chlorine
Job Description


•Control, monitor, and analyze chlorine installation activity
•Control, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activity of chlorine installation
•Ensure chlorine equipment (neutralization, injector, evaporator, system safety) running well
•Ensure optimum security level of chlorine installation

Requirement


•Bachelor Degree majoring in chemical or science from reputable university
•Minimum 3 years working experience in related position
•Proficient understanding about chlorine installation and equipment related to it
•Proficient understanding about chlorination system
•Proficient understanding of water treatment process and distribution will be advantage
•Has good communication skill in English, both oral and written
•Has good leadership skill


Customer Analyst
Job Description


•Analyze all process related to customer service activity, such as billing, complaint, tariff, consumption rate, debt, illegal use and illegal connection.
•Customer reporting to support effective decision making for management board
